Environmental Protection

We care about ecology and, therefore, the requirements for environmental protection are important to us. How do we protect nature and take care of ecology?

In order to ensure the proper disposal of waste oils and greases, P.Markevičius ir Ko UAB belongs to the Manufacturers and Importers Association (MIA).

Following the Law on Waste Management of the Republic of Lithuania, persons (who have registered their business activities defined by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania) producing, importing and (or) bringing in lubricants from the European Union Member States and releasing them to the internal market of the Republic of Lithuania, must:

• register themselves in the registration list of manufacturers and importers;
• implement the oil waste management tasks defined;
• manage the accounts of oil released to the internal market of the Republic of Lithuania and submit reports to the institution authorized by the government following the order established by this institution.
